” Le Grand jour ” (2022)

Installation avec collage - Réalisation avec les élèves et les enseignants du collège La Vallée du Thoré

C’est une liste à faire de noms et de prénoms, la liste de la constitution des classes qui
sera dévoilée le jour du grand jour, celui de la rentrée des classes de
septembre. Les regards, les gestes de l’équipe pédagogique racontent l’intensité de cette
séance de travail, l’équilibre à trouver entre l’individu et le groupe dans
l’apprentissage des connaissances et le développement de chacun.

Projet réalisé lors de la résidence photographique à Labastide-Rouairoux (Tarn 81)
dans le cadre du projet territorial porté par l’association Échos-Ci, Échos-Là,
grâce au soutien de la DRAC Occitanie, de la région Occitanie, du Conseil
départemental du Tarn et de la commune Labastide-Rouairoux.

It’s a list to be made, a collection of names, the composition of the new classes, to be revealed on the big day: the first day of school in September.
The gazes and gestures of the teaching staff reflect the intensity of this moment, a delicate balance between the individual and the group, in the acquisition of knowledge and each student’s personal growth.

This project was carried out during a photographic residency in Labastide-Rouairoux (Tarn 81) as part of the territorial initiative led by Échos-Ci, Échos-Là, with the support of DRAC Occitanie, the Occitanie Region, the Tarn Departmental Council, and the Commune of Labastide-Rouairoux.
